Who we are and what we do
CS Group Realty is an independent buyer's agency based in Thessaloniki and working across all of Greece, operating as a sole trader in Greece. We act exclusively for foreign buyers, renters, and investors. Our work is the sourcing, vetting, and negotiation of property on your behalf.
We do not provide legal, notary, conveyancing, tax, or immigration services, and nothing we do replaces them. Where that work is needed, we refer you to independent, licensed Greek professionals who handle it under their own engagement and responsibility.

The content on this website, the guide, and anything discussed on a strategy call are general information about relocating to, renting in, buying in, or investing in Greece. They are not legal, tax, financial, immigration, or investment advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

The guide
The Greece Relocation Masterclass 2026 is a digital product delivered as a downloadable PDF. It is sold and delivered through Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record and handles checkout, payment, and applicable taxes.
- When you buy the guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes.
- You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the guide publicly without our written permission.
- Because the guide is a digital product delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once download has begun, in line with EU consumer law. Refund requests are handled through Gumroad in line with its policies.
The free strategy call
The free 30-minute strategy call is an informational conversation about your situation. It does not create any obligation on you or on us, it is not professional advice, and it is not a guarantee that we will take you on as a client or that any particular outcome can be achieved. Any working relationship that follows is set out separately in its own agreement.
Intellectual property
The website, its text and design, the CS Group Realty name and brand, and the guide are owned by CS Group Realty or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them beyond normal personal use without our written permission.
