This policy explains what personal data CS Group Realty collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to this website, to enquiries and strategy calls you book with us, and to purchases of the Greece Relocation Masterclass 2026.

We keep this policy in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, please contact us using the details at the end.

Who we are

CS Group Realty is an independent buyer's agency based in Thessaloniki and working across all of Greece, operating as a sole trader in Greece. For the purposes of data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019, we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you, deliver what you have asked for, and run our business.

Information you give us

  • When you book a strategy call: your name, email address, any phone number you provide, and the details you choose to share about your situation, budget, and plans. Calls are booked through Calendly.
  • When you contact us: your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
  • When you subscribe to updates: your email address, managed through Mailchimp.

Information from your purchase of the guide

The Greece Relocation Masterclass 2026 is sold through Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record and handles the checkout and payment. Gumroad collects your payment and billing details directly. We do not see or store your full card details. We receive limited order information such as your name, email address, and country, so that we can deliver the product and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the website, limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed may be processed by our hosting provider and by the third-party services embedded in our pages (see below). We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the site through aggregated statistics and session analytics, which helps us improve it. The site uses the cookies needed to function, analytics cookies, and any cookies set by those embedded services.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it. These include:

  • Calendly - scheduling and managing strategy calls.
  • Gumroad - selling and delivering the guide and handling payment as seller of record.
  • Mailchimp - sending email updates to subscribers.
  • Microsoft Clarity - website analytics that show us, in aggregate, how visitors use the site.
  • Our website host and content delivery networks - serving the site, including Google Fonts for typography.
  • Our accountant and, where required, public authorities, to meet legal and tax obligations.

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, so that your data stays protected.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and call information for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep sales and accounting records for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires. Marketing subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased in certain circumstances;
  • restrict or object to how we use your data;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

Cookies

The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, analytics cookies set by Microsoft Clarity that help us see how the site is used, and cookies set by the third-party services embedded in our pages, such as the Calendly booking widget. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site behave.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the page. Please check back occasionally so you are aware of any updates.
