Negotiation on your side

We negotiate price and terms for buyers and renters only, with no conflict of interest. We tell you when a deal is good, when to push, and when to walk away. On rentals, we insist on a registered lease so it counts for everything official.

Investment and Golden Visa

For investors, we identify qualifying properties and explain how the thresholds work. Short-term rental yields in Thessaloniki and select island markets run 5-9% gross. The visa application itself is legal work, handled by the immigration lawyers we connect you with.
